Veritas College Preparatory Charter School recently hosted its Semester 1 Honors Reception, a celebration of academic excellence, leadership, and perseverance among our scholars. The event highlighted the hard work and dedication of our students who exemplify the school's mission of academic success and ethical leadership.
Recognizing Excellence
Scholars were honored for their achievements across multiple categories, reinforcing our commitment to recognizing growth, discipline, and high academic standards.
Honor Roll – 3.0+ GPA
Scholars who achieved a 3.0 GPA or higher received Honor Roll certificates, celebrating their consistent academic performance. These students have demonstrated dedication to learning and a commitment to excellence.
Principal’s List – 4.0 GPA
The highest academic honor was awarded to scholars who earned a perfect 4.0 GPA. Their achievements reflect not only intelligence but also perseverance, responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to academic success.
Leadership Award – All E’s in Conduct
Recognizing integrity, character, and leadership, this award was given to scholars who earned all E’s in conduct. These students embody what it means to be a leader at VCP, setting a strong example for their peers.
Growth Awards – i-Ready Diagnostic
Academic improvement is just as important as high achievement, and scholars who made remarkable progress in their i-Ready diagnostic assessments were recognized for their dedication to growth. This award honors students who have made significant strides in ELA and Math, showing that hard work leads to success.
